We will begin the 11th round of "The Genius" game.

In the 10th round, Pete was eliminated.

Now there are 3 players remaining.

Before we start the game, I will reveal how many garnets each player has.

40 garnets - Metsrus

36 garnets - Sam

30 garnets - Nat

I'll post the Main Match details next.

I will now introduce the 11th Main Match.

The 11th Main Match is "How Much"

In "How Much", you must deduce the price that the guests offered for a product and the player who guesses the highest price offered by the guests will gain points.

Today's game will be played with a few special guests.

Each of the guests have already made their offer for 7 products.

These prices were offered based on their own values and the prices offered by each guest will not be revealed to the other guests or players.

The game will consists of 7 rounds and one product will be revealed each round.

The products will be revealed in order of the lowest total price offered by the guests.

Before the game begins, the players will be shown the total price offered by each guest for all 7 products.

When the product for Round 1 is revealed, the players will get NINE hours to discuss the value of the product with the guests.

The guests must share their views based on the price they offered.

The guests are not allowed to give any concrete details about their price.

The Genius players must take what the guests think about the product into account and infer the price offered by the guests.

When the discussion ends, The Genius players must ask one of two types of questions to get 1 public clue and 1 private clue.

The first type is a ranking check. You may choose a guest and check how high their offer ranks among the 4 guests.

The second type is a price check. You may choose a guest and check how much they offered for that particular product.

The 3 players must agree to ask one of these questions for a shared public clue.

Each player may then ask one of these questions for a private clue that only they will know through their confessional page.

When everyone has their clues, The Genius players will make an offer for the current product on their confessional page.

Each player has a maximum total amount that they cannot go over and they must take note of how much money they have left to guess after every round.

I will disclose the maximum total amount once the guests are confirmed.

E.g. If the maximum total amount is $1,000, the players total bids for all 7 rounds cannot exceed that amount.

After the players make their offers, each players' guesses and the highest price offered by the guests will be revealed.

The player who offered the highest price without exceeding the highest guest's offer will gain points for that round.

If multiple players offered the highest price, the player who offered the next highest guess will win the points for that round.

7 rounds will be played in this way and the player will win 1 point from Rounds 1 to 4, 2 points in Rounds 5 and 6 and 4 points in Round 7.

However, you will not get any public or private clues in Round 7.

After discussing with the guests, you need to post your guess in your confessional page.

The player with the most points at the end will win and the other two players will go to the death match.

If there are equal number of points for the highest points, the player who wins Round 7 will be considered the winner.

Pete and Than will be joining Mark and Will as guests for this challenge. If Mel doesn't appear by the time that the players need to submit me their ranking or pricing questions, then Mel won't be involved in the challenge anymore. The first item will be disclosed at 830 PM EST tonight.

We will now start the challenge.

Each of you have $30,000. You must take note of how much money you are guessing per round as all guesses will be subtracted from that amount.

Take note also all products are offered from the least total price offered by the guests to the highest. It doesn't mean that the highest price comes from that product though even if it came last.


I have decided to change the timings a bit. So instead of a standard amount of hours each round, I will vary it according to whether it's day or night. So it's a bit like how the 1st Main Match was carried out.

I also need 1 person to ask a public question at that time. You all can decide who is going to ask for the different rounds. You can post on your confessional the public question if you not have time to post for it then and I will post it for you if you all decided who is it going to ask.

And also submit to me your private question on your confessional by then. You will then have until 11 PM EST to submit to me your guess for the highest price offered for this product.
