Tomcat has 9 so he needs to be seated before mets and sam who are already next to each other.

Should I make the switch now, or should we find out who is X first?

I think it needs to be in order, not reversed? And we need Pete/anyone we're switching with here, because both parties need to agree to the switch.

Sam will be X next round, and then Mets, and then m... so it would be good to sort it this time - otherwise we'll need to purposely screw it up for 3 rounds straight.
