Main Match #3...

We will begin the 3rd round of "The Genius" game.

DANA was eliminated in the 2nd round and now there are 11 players left.  

Before we start the game, I will reveal the garnet counts.

6 garnets - Blake

5 garnets - Tomcat

4 garnets - Metsrus

3 garnets - Thanasis

2 garnets - Kevin, Sam, Nat

1 garnet - Kathy, Adam, Pete, Jess

There are altogether 28 garnets in the game now.

We will now start the 3rd Main Match.

The 3rd Main Match is the "1, 2, 3" Game.

The rules are simple.

There will be "1", "2" and "3" cards and you will be given 3 of each for a total of nine cards.

You must use these cards to compete with other players and gain points.

Two players will face off against each other by posting on the board "I'm facing off with _____".  

In their confessional page, they will post the name of the person they are facing off and they card they are using against them.  

I will then post the cards used by the players and award the player who wins ONE point.

Once cards are used, they will be discarded and be no longer in play.

There are no limits to how many players you can play with or how many times you may play with them.

However, you must all your cards by the deadline given later.

If  you have any cards remaining, you will get 0 points regardless of how many points you gained earlier.

Be mindful of this point.

The player/s with the most points at the end of the challenge will be the winner/s and be awarded the token of life.

The player with the lowest points will be the Death Match candidate.

For every 3 points you get, you get 1 garnet. This applies to everyone and not only the winner.

This game is not decided by luck.

Aim for a certain win. There is surely a way to win.

The challenge will start at Mon, 10 AM EST and ends at Tue, 10 AM EST.

Use the time until then to discuss freely on your strategy. As usual, if you need me to open up rooms, please inform me.

So the higher card wins? If it's a tie, then no one gets a point, right?

yes, that's correct.

Just to add on. You do not need me to give the result of your first match-up before playing your second one. You and whoever is playing against just need to post and I will inform the results after I checked. Of course, it might be good to see if you win, draw or lose first before playing. Entirely up to your strategy.

The challenge has now officially started.

1) all will get 0 pts and be death match candidates. winner/s choose one of them to be sent to the death match.

oh wait i just re read it..so do we just play all of our cards with a player and then we can do it again with all of our cards with another?

or is it once we play all of our 9 cards, it's gone and that's it. we can't play anyone else? if it' slike this then i don't know how many rounds soullimbo will go against me on..

I don't want to get stuck with all the cards in my hand as well!

you can challenge sailormoon or kathy or wolf...

just ask them to challenge and if they agree, you don't have to waste time waiting since you only have until tomorrow morning

I just played 1 round , so if you want to play against than next, no worries....not sure if we can play against the same person with just one post. Anyway, like I said, I only played 1 card ok. Good luck !!
